Depression

Depression can feel heavy, isolating, and exhausting, making it hard to enjoy life or stay connected. Therapy can offer support in this experience, and help you move toward feeling more hopeful.

I offer online depression therapy in Florida for adults and teens navigating low mood, emotional numbness, burnout, or hopelessness. Sessions provide a compassionate space to talk openly, and work toward meaningful change at a manageable pace. They may be helpful if you’re feeling persistently sad or drained, struggling with motivation or daily routines, experiencing negative self-talk or low self-worth, withdrawing from others, or facing depression related to life transitions.

My work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, with a focus on collaboration and meeting you where you are. Clients often experience improved mood, increased motivation, healthier thought patterns, and a renewed sense of hope and direction.

You do not have to navigate depression on your own. Support can make a meaningful difference, and reaching out is a strong first step.

I offer a free consultation call, and would be happy to answer any questions about beginning therapy.
