Anxiety

When anxiety is present, it can be hard to relax, focus, or feel fully present. Your mind might feel busy and your body exhausted. It could be situational, or cause you feel on edge even when things seem fine. Therapy can help you better understand what is happening and work toward feeling more calm and in control.

I offer anxiety therapy via telehealth for adults and teens. Sessions provide a supportive space to slow down, understand anxious patterns, and build practical tools to manage anxiety or panic more effectively, especially if you find yourself overthinking, feeling restless or drained, struggling with sleep or focus, or feeling impacted by life changes.

My approach is warm, client-driven, and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs, with a focus on sustainable change. With the right support, it is possible to feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident in your ability to cope.

If you are ready to explore anxiety therapy, I invite you to schedule a free consultation call. We can talk about what you are experiencing and see if working together feels like the right fit.
