I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy throughout Florida.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can begin to heal at your own pace. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It is about helping to reconnect with your strengths and build stability in a way that feels sustainable in your life.

Many of my clients are navigating major transitions, including relocation, readjusting after living abroad, supporting military families, or growing up as third culture kids. I understand the complexity of balancing multiple identities, managing anxiety or stress, and learning how to feel grounded while moving between cultures or stages of life.

My approach is warm, client-centered, and based in cognitive behavioral therapy. You are the expert on your own life, and I support you in making sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and compassion. Together, we will process what’s holding you back and build strategies to move toward your best self.

If this approach seems like a good fit, I invite you to schedule a free consultation call. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and see if working together feels right for you.
